We were at ISM Cologne 2026 and came back packed with inspiration, great conversations, and future-focused topics.

This year, we had the opportunity to give three talks on the ProSweets Cologne Talks & Tasting Stage, sharing our expertise on AI innovation, on-brand content, and trends across food and packaging. Highlights included an interactive live experiment and our AI Innovation Sprint, where we developed concrete ideas together with the audience using the “WIN AI Inno Creator.”

A big thank you to everyone who joined, contributed, and helped shape the discussion. The conversations around innovation, consumer trends, and the meaningful use of AI once again showed just how much momentum the industry has right now.
